Geoff43 ok, but what if i want to search for a specific r&b style do i need to look up every datalist, and search for r&b or can i just search r&b, and a other question, lets say that i select a genos 2 style, for example big band jazz, and then i try live preview on my dgx-670 it sounds very bad, the voices arnt matchd, revo drums sound awfull etc, but if i go to adaptations and select the same style but converted as i understand, it sounds the same in the live preview, no difference what so ever. Have i mist something?

Geoff43 i tried pasting the whole list but that didnt work, but why does the adaptations sound really bad, for example i choose a yamaha genos style big band jazz, i go to the adaptations and select the same style that should work on the sx-600 but it just sounds bad, also i'm blind and using a screen reader, but where do i find so that you can hover over, i'm using the computer-keyboard, but where do i find the information you know the tip how you change the voices to get the optimal results

Geoff43 aha, so i shodnt sort by name just date,? Why is that? And are there people who add there own convertions every day, and how popular is the sight

          Adam Råstrand

Hi Adam i have uploaded all the Genos2 & most of the PSR-SX920 styles over the last few weeks since i became a member of this fantastic site so the latest uploads should work better in your search as the site has auto checked the styles i uploaded to match other keyboards

Geoff43 but if i use the live preview mode vs i download the styles, is there any difference in sound quality? ALso i wonder, i dont se the compatibility check thing, like in detail voices etc

Adam Råstrand Sorry didn't realize you are blind, I think you might be having difficulties because some information on the site is displayed inside the tooltips on mouse hover over, it probably is not recognized by screen readers.
For example, under the "compatibility" and "adaptations" section it lists what keyboards support each style. If you have DGX670 then very few styles will be fully supported, certainly none of the Genos styles. SX600 should support more styles. You can understand the level of compatibility by checking the compatibility labels for each keyboard that are usually present somewhere next to a style name.
Let me try to explain what's going on on this site. When a style is uploaded we try to autodetect which keyboards would support it (meaning have all the voices and features). We display this information under the "compatibility" section. We also try to group the same styles across different keyboards under "adaptations". So we are not converting or revoicing styles, only grouping uploaded styles together if we find any matches.
So if you want to find a style that will work on DGX670 you can start by going to the "styles" section of the site, choose DGX670 keyboard under filters, and it will show you all styles that are fully or partially compatible. To figure out the level of compatibility you need to check the "compatibility" labels (which I am not sure if your screen reader is recognizing).
I think you just want to download tons of styles and just go through them on your own and not to fiddle with USB cables. At this stage this site is not really offering mass downloads. Our goal is to allow finding very specific individual styles (covering specific songs for example). There are other sites I'm sure you already know about, like psrtutorial, that offer just what you need - zip archives of styles. Perhaps you will find them more useful.

Which screen reader are you using? I didn't test how this site works with a screen reader, perhaps there are some improvements that need to be made. Do you find that a screen reader gives you good enough understanding of the menus and key elements of this site (comparing to other sites)?

StylePlayer i'm using nvda, non visual desctop accses, but when i go filtering for example psr-sx600 and choose big band jazz, it sounds quite bad, not as good as a spot on convertion, is psrtutorial.com better then styleplayer.io or what is the purpoce of styleplayer.io, in the future, wil you add bulc automatic convertion so i can upload a folder, choose a target keyboard and all convertion is done automaticaly, or, i could upload a datalist of the target keyboard and it will go from that, could you, if you have time, fix the hovering problem

Adam Råstrand I will add it to my todo list to check how it works through nvda reader. For your purposes I think psrtutorial would be a better option, it offers just what you need - large packs of styles grouped by genres converted for specific keyboards. This site is for searching for individual styles that fit specific songs. Offering auto style conversion between keyboards is currently in distant plans, it's a large complex task that won't be ready anytime soon.

StylePlayer aha, i see. So, style player is for songstyles, while psrtutorial is more for genre specific styles and specific convertions for genres, but now, psrtutorial isnt as mutch uppdated as it was before
