Web and email notifications bug?

I no longer get email notification from discussions I follow. I saw that the web notifications did not go away, after me having read the new posts. So I turned of all web notifications in my preferences and kept email notifications. But now I don't get any emails and have to check for updates myself.

Yeah. Now I have turned on again the web notifications. So we will see if emails return.

Yes, the emails returned when I turned on web notifications. So did the web notifications. I now have 61 notifications on the bell icon. They don't go away without going through them to the posts. Going via email or simply going to the discussions from home page doesn't get rid of them.

jenygard I will look into it, thank you. If you open the notifications popup there is a checkmark button in the top right corner that clears them.
