Hello
Having looked for specific styles for specific songs, I think one function is missing (or I did not found it yet 😉).
It's about those styles matching ONE song ( the best exemple that comes to my mind is "Every breath you take, by Police, with an intro, guitar sounds and all what makes this song immediately recognizable).
I would like to have a filter that selects only those styles (their name is the name of the song), not, for example "Countryhits80", that need a lot of adjustments and never sound as good as the specific ones.
Thank you !!
Otherwise, this website is GREAT, and I thank you for all the work that lies behind it!

    Alain Public Hello,
You can set "Style Origin=User Style" inside advanced search:
    https://styleplayer.io/styles/yamaha/all?filter=eyJzb25nIjp7ImVxIjpbeyJpZCI6MTk1LCJuYW1lIjoiRXZlcnkgQnJlYXRoIFlvdSBUYWtlIn1dfSwib3JpZ2luIjp7ImVxIjp7ImlkIjoidXNlciJ9fX0#search-results

You can also tell visually if this is a factory style by looking for the black F label next to a style name. Also by looking at the keyboard compatibility labels, a black keyboard label means it was a factory style on that keyboard.

    Thank you.

Reading Alain's post, song specific is also how I refer to these styles that are for one song rather than universal. Perhaps renaming User Style to Song Specific would be more clear? A user style could be either universal or specific.
Taking an interest as I have a preference for song specific styles.

aprilla There is no clear separation between the two so it would be hard to categorize reliably. And does it even matter if you can play some other song with this style or not. You can have a style that was made for a Frank Sinatra song but it can also be a good fit for some Hungarian folk song, or for a song that will be a hit 10 years from now, you never know. I think it's more revealing to know if this is a factory style or a user style.

Yes, I see what you mean.
But I think of Song Specific styles as those which you wouldn't play with any but the song it's named for. It's specific for that one song. Generally they are user made styles rather than factory presets, or presets that are user tweaked to better fit a title.

Thank you so much for your quick reply.
I knew I was missing something, and you showed me where it was 🙂
Actually I had never noticed this powerful tool to find specific styles.
          Thanks again

aprilla I totally agree with you ! A song specific style should exactly be what it's name says.
The factory styles are great, and fit more or less to a lot of songs, when specific ones really fit.
